Comprehensive Home Safety Assessments
A room-by-room evaluation of your home for fall risk, accessibility, lighting, bathroom safety, and mobility. You receive a written report with prioritized, specific recommendations — including what to change, what to buy, and what doesn't matter. Families use this report to make decisions together.
Wellness & Rehabilitation Support
Continued rehabilitation after your covered visits run out. Fall prevention and balance training; bathing, dressing, kitchen tasks, stairs, getting back to driving; maintenance of your current skills
Family training and education to empower caregivers and enhance the support system for loved ones. Hands-on instruction for spouses, adult children, and caregivers to include: safe transfers, cueing, bathing assistance, and body mechanics

Meet Your Occupational Therapist
Briana is a California native who has made Arizona her home for the past 20 years. She brings over a decade of experience as an occupational therapist, specializing in both acute care and home health settings. Briana earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University in Glendale. She is deeply committed to empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives while promoting independence and safety within the home environment. Outside of her professional role, Briana enjoys staying active through fitness, volunteering in her community, and spending quality time with her family.
